Chris Kannady Argues A Case In Front Of The 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals

We are extremely proud of our very own Chris Kannady, who recently had the chance to argue a case in front of the 9th circuit court of appeals – the largest of the thirteen circuits. Chris is a Marine Corps combat veteran that fights on behalf of veterans here at home.

Isaac Castro, as personal representative of the Estate of Sara Castromata, appeals the district court's Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1) dismissal of Castro's Federal Tort Claims Act action against the United States.
