Ethan Swindell
Ethan Swindell joined Foshee & Yaffe as an attorney in 2021. His primary areas of practice are business law, worker’s
compensation, and personal injury.
Ethan is equipped to assist clients with a variety of matters. He desires to serve clients’ needs in all stages of life, from
creating a will or trust to setting up a business entity to handling contractual matters. He recognizes that the circumstances
surrounding each case are unique, and he seeks to provide each client with the attention that their case deserves. He is
committed to working diligently to provide quality legal services.
Ethan, originally from Piedmont, Oklahoma, received Bachelor’s Degrees in finance and accounting from Oklahoma
State University in 2018. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating
in 2021. While in law school, he was a member of the Christian Legal Society, the Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, and
Energy Society, and the American Indian Law Review, on which he served as a Research Editor. Ethan is a member of
the Oklahoma Bar Association and is admitted to all courts in the State of Oklahoma.
Outside the office, Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife, Grace, as well as their friends and family, and serving at
their church. His hobbies consist of cooking, outdoor activities, including hunting, hiking, and golfing, and following the
Dallas Cowboys, the OKC Thunder, and Oklahoma State athletics.
