May I fly to the USA?
Foreign nationals present in 26 countries which compromise the Schengen Area have suspended their entry with the Presidential Proclamation 9993. With Presidential Decree 9993 foreign nationals cannot fly to the United States except if you have an exemption. The travel restriction does not extend to American citizens, lawfully licensed permanent residents of the U.S., certain immediate U.S. citizens' family members, and other persons listed expressly in the declaration.
May I get a US visa reimbursement given and not used?

Your visa case may be postponed because of the new immigration ban. You can check with the United States if you have processed your case with the National Visa Center (NVC). The State Department and Consular Affairs Bureau are invited to amend your situation. If you have submitted a request through the USA.
